Reorder Input sources?

I want to put Bluetooth as my #1 input source. Right now the default is USB 1, USB 2, USB 3, etc. To connect bluetooth, I have to choose Media, scroll down, and click Bluetooth.
I'd like to have Bluetooth as the first option.
Is there a way to reorder the inputs on the screen?

Just went out to try. I cannot move those icons. I’ve pressed and dragged. I’ve moved other icons in the bottom row without an issue. What am I missing?

In the 12 inch screen I know you can just press and hold and slide it to the top. I guess maybe it doesn't work that way on the 8.4? A call to your service advisor may help.
