Removing Rear Half-Splash Guards

I did a search as best I could, but couldn't find anything substantial for what I am looking for. I wanted to see if anyone has, or knows how to, remove the rear half splash guards? I can see 2 screws in the wheel wells that would release the front, but it's attached to the longer plastic piece that goes back to the rear bumper. I reached my fingers behind it thinking there was a release clip or something, but I couldn't make anything out.

Any help you can give would be appreciated!
