remove grille lettering

Thinking about removing the RAM lettering from the front grille and replacing it with LED ones. Has anyone done this, or is there a thread already discussing it that others are aware of? Questions: 1- How do I remove the grille? I have a Laramie. 2- How do I remove letters and save them in case I want to use them again later? 3- What fuse should I wire the lights into?

There are screws on the back side plus the plastic fingers ( not sure what called lol ). I wasn't worrying about keeping mine, so I took plastic pry tools and gently popped them off.
