Remote start, heated seat / wheel

I have configured to start heated seat and wheel on remote start. Start from key fob doesn't do either. Is this a known problem?

It has to below 40* for it to turn on

Nope.. that is default setting... along with the NAV volume set to 15.

Yeah they NAV volume not staying to where I set it last is annoying
