Hi Everyone. Newbie here.

Have the 2019 Bighorn 1500 4 months now.
No seat or steering heating.

My issue is I can get into the setting to change my remote start settings but as I change them it does not save and checkmark back to original setting.
Is this a setting that a dealer can only change?

Makes no sense to me that the option to change a setting is there but doesn't save.
This also happens with some other setting changes I was trying to make.

Any Ideas or tips?
Thanks a bunch.

Vehicle may be programmed wrong to have the setting in the radio if you dont even have the seats or steering wheel. or the radio lost its setting and defaulted to that. if your under warranty, you could ask your dealer what the deal is. i know there is a update for the reverse (having the seats and wheel but not having the option in the radio)
