Remote lowering

My truck doesn’t seem to want to lower by remote anymore, the lights blink though. Any ideas ?

Are trying with the doors closed? It won't lower with them open.

If the battery isn't fully charged it will try to lower than beep at you and won't do anything. This is what happens on the 4th Gen so probably doing the same thing on 5th Gen.
