I bought one of those turbo encabulators years ago. I bolted it up behind the slant 6 in my '65 Coronet, and WOW! What a sleeper. That thing was AWESOME!. Unfortunately, the girdle springs failed and there was excessive side fumbling as a result.
Too bad the second part of the video wasn't available at the time of the failure. However, I still have the unit, but I can't find an original or aftermarket girdle spring.
Does anyone have a lead on an OEM girdle spring?
