Hey everyone, what is the best way to put 35" tires on a non-air suspension Rebel? How much lift is needed...are new wheels needed...can a 35 fit in the spare location under the bed?
 
The recipe most everyone follows:

2” level kit up front, or adjustable shocks with similar rise over stock
Wheels with negative offset to keep 12.5” wide tires from rubbing the UCAs (and they just look better)
Trimming the front wheel well liners in the rear portion

That looks great! what offset are you running? I just want that beefy look kinda like a TRX but Im just leveled.
 
Another option is 285/75r18. Some have fit these with stock wheel and suspension.

1” hubcentric spacers will work. The trim of the front wheel well is very important. And anything over 34” is questionable under the bed.
 
I'm running 285/75/18 on stock wheels with a front level using Falcon shocks. I have 3/4" wheel spacers in the front and 1" in the rear and I have absolutely no rubbing at all.
Your truck is PERFECT
 
I ran 285/75-18 with just the cheap 2” level on my 19 w/o air. Zero rubbing, had about 1/2” clearance to the factory UCA. We just bought a 22 with air so I am excited to see the differences between the 2.

I have mine on 295/75R18’s and zero issues with any rub. I do have the air ride and to rub on full lock on the b lowest setting.

I don’t think anybody makes a 295/75R18 (which would be 35.4” tall). You sure that’s not a 295/70 (34.3”) or 285/75 (34.8”)?
 
I installed Toyo AT3 35x12.5x18 On Fuels -11 offset on stock Rebel suspension and had rubbing issues even removing front mud flaps. Installed 2" motofab leveling and no rubbing with front mud flaps removed.
 
Leveled on 35’s. Had to trim the passenger front inner fender. No biggie.

I have a 2020 with air, and want it to be just like this but have been having a hard time finding a way around the air ride.
I picked up this leveling kit from AirLinks: https://airlinksgc.com/shop/ols/products/19-20-ram-1500/v/19-21-RAM-DS-FULL
and have the install scheduled for next week. Hoping for the best as my tire selection was pretty slim given the current market. Really wishing I had not ordered the truck with Air Ride. haha.
