Rebel Height Relative to other Trims

The Rebel supposedly comes with a 1" factory lift along with 1" greater diameter tires. Yet the stated body height is equal to all other trims. Anyone know why this is?

Should be about 1 1/2" higher. 1" difference in tires equals 1/2" in vehicle height.
