Does anybody know if the metal front bumper skid plate on the rebel will fit over the front bumper of other ram 1500 models without major modifications?

I like your thinking . . . I've wondered this too, but in regards to a Quad Big Horn or Laramie With the ORP ! I have not taken a look under either a Rebel or ORP'd RAM to Compare ! Hint hint . I also at some point will be doing just this AND inquiring at the Parts Department AND a chat or 2 with a Service Manager AND his recommended Mechanic in the shop ! The Parts guys have good computer access for 3d schematics . Just thought of something -- at YouTube's MIKES-CAR-INFO All of his videos start out with an under carriage slow-mo rear to front . He may have a Rebel & a RAM w/ORP ? ? ? If not keep checking back as the Dealership he uses for FCA stuff will be getting lots more 2020's as the weeks roll on !

I know this is really old, but does anyone have an answer to the Rebel front skid plate fitting on a Laramie? Just curious...thank you!

Not sure if it’ll fit, but I just removed my bumper. Here’s what the back side looks like if you want to compare.

Still no answer? I was wondering about this just today when I saw that you can buy the skid plate new for 275$ (W/discount) from Mopar.

no you can not ... you would need to replace headlights/ bottom fins and then maybe it works

reason i know is because i installed a non rebel bumper and it didnt work well had alot of modifications

i had to change mounting points about 1 3/4 of inch higher to raise and cover the gaps

so based off that i think you gonna need to lower the rebels mounting points by similar lenghts

the fins under headlight on rebel are about 5 inchs
on other non rebels its about 7 inchs
