Rear usb not working

Anyone have this issue of rear usb hub not working? My front usbs are working. I can’t seem to find the rear media hub part number. Seems to be 150$? But the front is like 30$? Also I havnt been able to pull the rear panels off the console that holds the usb and power out etc. thoughts? Thanks!
