Rear USB and power outlet

I installed a rear USB hub and power outlet into my 2019 ram and it works for about 20 minutes after i hook everything back up then it stops and doesn’t work anymore if i power cycle the truck or even remove the battery connection. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? I used the MOPAR hub and the MOPAR cable that can from the old hub which plugs into the powe outlet and rear USB hub. The under the console lid USB does work though, just not the rear hub or power outlet.

Actually, I can’t put a fuse in the location. Perhaps my truck doesn’t support that at all. Dunno.
