rear sliding window cable routing

Long story short, the dealership finally diagnosed my water leak with a cracked rear window. They replaced the entire back glass. After inspecting the work that they did I noticed that the wire for the sliding glass will get stuck under the black piece and pop out when closing the window. Its kind of hard to explain but when you close the window the cable gets caught behind the black piece and the tension causes it to snap out from behind it. I don't remember this being a thing before taking it to be replaced. Could anyone provide pictures of how the cable should look??? I would hope that it would be an easy fix versus going back to the dealership another time. I am about fed up with RAM at this point as this is the 3rd visit to the dealership to fix manufacturing problems.
Edit: I moved the cable to be going straight down and that seemed to do the trick.

Here is picture of when I close the window. You can see the tension in the cable before it finally pops loose after fully closing the window.

It's dark and cold so I won't take a pic, but that is wrong. My guess is one of two things, one there is slack in that line somewhere that got stuck on something/ was very poorly routed. The other thing I can think of is a shorter cable but that seems less likely.

My suggestion, take it back and tell them to fix it. They effed it up it's on them to fix it. Well ... the glass company they used to install the window :D

So I pushed the cable down so that it is going straight down beneath the black piece. When the window opens now the cable goes under the black piece which looks like it's normal vs going above like it was doing.

Yup.
This is the correct routing of the defrost wire.
It also needs to be in the "wire troth" and no just hang out in the open.
