Rear seat head rest

Hey all,
I am having issues with one of the rear seat head rest not locking into upright position. Is there a trick to it or something. This is the first time i pressed the button to adjust downward and now it wont lock back.

I think you pull it forward to release it back like the front ones?

I tried that numerous times and it just does not want to lock into position.

You usually just push it back up and it locks in place I’m pretty sure

You may need to take it apart and see if the lock engages. Or, if it's new, warranty is your friend. If you take it apart, they may claim you broke it. Your call.
