Rear seat cushion height difference?

Maybe a silly question, but sitting in the back of my truck today I mixed the cushion on the left side is sitting lower than the one on right. I thought maybe it was because I was sitting on it, but that wasn't the case. Both cushions are also locked in the lowered position. More of a curiousity than anything else. Here is a pic.

Maybe you have something in the underseat storage area that is preventing it from going down all the way.

Actually thought maybe that could be the case but there wasn't anything down there.
