Rear Seat Belt Not Bolted In??

So i was moving stuff out of storage and went to use a rear seat belt and the latch end pulled right out. It wasnt bolted in. Is it a extra or…?
Any insight as to wth?
Purchased this 2022 Ram Sport GT in October last year.

Maybe the previous owner had a seat lift with a sub box under the rear seat.

Could have had a new rear window at some point (seats have to come out), might have even left the factory that way. Hard to tell from the pic but the paint doesn't seem to have any marring from a bolt or washer

No it has zero signs of ever being bolted in.

If you have 3 bolted in then it's a freebie.

It was in between the upper and lower seats ready to use…it just pulled out so. Kinda dangerous.
