So, after having my new 2021 Rebel, Max Steel 4x4 for a week now, I still can’t figure out what the 3 loop straps are for at the top and behind the rear passenger seats. My truck has the standard, non-reclining seats. I’ve yanked on them to if see the seat backs would move but the straps seem fixed and immovable.

Any ideas what they are for??

Yup. The backs don’t fold down without reclining seats

Secure one end of the rope to the child and the other end to the strap. Child safety is paramount and should always be priority one.
