Hello Everyone,

I tried using the search function and there didn't seem to be a lot of posts regarding this however I know it has come up in discussions before.

I'm running into an issue where the rear parking sensors are constantly going off when in reverse even when there is nothing near the rear of the vehicle. I have tried cleaning them without any improvement. I wanted to see if anyone else has had any trouble with the rear parking sensors or has any recommendations on trouble shooting them before I simply try replacing them.

Thank you,

I'm not sure if the system will function with them disconnected, but you could try to disconnect one at a time to see if one is failing. Mine will go off every now and then when moving slow, but it's usually because they're dirty.

Hi there, should you choose to visit the dealership for a diagnosis, feel free to send our team a private message for an extra layer of support. We're happy to help!

You've probably already tried this but I had an issue with my front parking sensors (so obviously not exactly same problem) going off a lot with nothing in front of the truck. I manually switched them off from the center console and then shut down the vehicle. Opened and locked the doors (with fob). Then unlocked and started the truck normally. I then switched off the front sensor from the console again and the then switched them back on while the truck was running. For whatever reason that seemed to work and the front parking sensors are normal again. Good luck.
