Rear door panel clips.

Does anyone know where these clips attach? When I removed both door panel. This clip fell out, and I have no clue where it goes.

I’d have to have my door off and look but if I remember the door panel mostly has the pin type bolts not clips like those. I mostly see clips like that in plastic trim pieces. Have you checked everything carefully? I would think it would be obvious.
