Reading these posts has got me nervous now...I just ordered a Retrax Pro MX from RealTruck for my incoming Big Horn...hope It was not a mistake!
Cover landed and was correct - all installed now!So got some movement today:
First I got the default notification that the cover had shipped.
About half an hour later I got an email saying my issue was resolved and that I can't cancel my order since the package has shipped.
Hopefully it's the right product and I can put this down to supply chain issues!

Hi Alex...just saw your note and appreciate it. When I originally posted I actually had experienced no issues at all with Realtruck...i just commented that I hoped I would not run into any issues. Since then my Retrax Pro MX cover has been received at my freight forwarder's warehouse in Miami...and is now on its way to me (i live in the Caribbean)...so I should have it very soon. Thanks again and sorry if my post seemed negative...the whole ordering process and communication with Realtruck has been top notch.@Islander Would you mind shooting me in a PM the email you ordered with?
I will go ahead and check on the status of this for you!
