Readylift UCA life expectancy?

I went to get an alignment this morning, and was told the left upper BJ had significant play, and they didn't want to do the alignment. It's a reputable shop, but im still going to check myself when I get home. But I only have like 35k miles on them. I ran a 2.5" spacer for about 15k miles, and have had fox 2.5s since

They are replaceable, don't forget to keep them greased
