Reading and Dome lights don’t come on with door opening

Just picked up my 2021 Ram Rebel. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to have the overhead console reading lights and the dome light come on when I open the door. The toggle switch in the overhead console controls the foot lights under the dash but does nothing for the other lights. Nothing on UConnect infotainment system addresses it either. Is this normal? Very dark in the truck at night unless you manually push the reading or dome light.
Please help!!!!
