So there's an Air "purge" noise thread on this sub forum. My question is, was it indeed determined that two little quarter turn nuts on the lines coming out of the air compressor are THE failure mechanism in most cases of Gen 5 system failure? Because if so, that sounds like a pretty easy fix. In my mind, that's considered a pass and would prompt me to order an LTD with a/s even up here in freezing Canada.

Just bumping my own thread because these a/s systems had a bad wrap up here in freezing Ontario. But if this is a matter of a few bolts being twisted that's easy...Anyone in Ontario or Northern Ontario own a 5th Gen LTD or LHorn with a/sand zero faults for say 100k in cold weather.
