Got my RC 3.5” loaded strut lift installed. Took 3.5 hrs with tires and alignment with 2 of us working on it. Rides great just a little more stiff with 275/65/20 E rates Toyo Open Country AT II. It sits 1” taller in the front. Trying to way my options on getting it level or with 1/2” of rake. Getting my cap installed tmrw. I will remeasure after that to see where I’m at. My options are keep the 1” rear spacer from RC and either get the 1” eibach springs or 1.5” icon springs or get a supreme suspension 2” or 2.5” lift spacer and keep the stock springs. What’s everyone’s opinion on this?

I was told by rough country that the struts will need to settle a bit after install. But 1” seems a bit high

Are you saying it sits 1" taller in the front without anything done in the back? Did you net 3.5" of total lift in the front?

Oh I reread the post, you are saying it sits 1" higher in the front with the 1" RC spacer already installed in the rear?

Looks great! While I agree, the rear end needs an additional boost. Even after the front end settles. You know what option I'm going with. LOL

Yeah I’m going to give it some time to hopefully it will.
did you measure from the center from the center of the wheel to the top of the fender? The RC rep told me it should be 24.5" in the front 25.5" in the rear.

Also if you search the forum some people with rebels have used Clayton 2.5" rear springs that go on jeep gladiators.

I'm interested to know how the ride is after it settles and what it settles down too. I have the strut kit sitting in my basement right now, along with 18x9 method NV's. I just need tires and I'm deciding if I should by springs or not....

The measurement is 25 1/4” front and 24 1/4” rear from the center of the wheel. From the ground it’s 41 1/4” front and 40 1/4” rear.

@Ram15000823 have any more miles on the lift? Any front end settling? I've read these struts ride even better after 400-500 miles. Just curious if you've noticed anything or had any settling. I'm supposedly getting my stuff installed on Saturday morning.

Just wondering, have you had any luck with any more settling since installing the lift?

I'll have to get new measurements, but mine has settled. After about 600 miles it was a quarter of an inch. I'm will to bet it's a 1/2" now netting me 3.5" on the nose for front lift.

1/4” in the front. Sits at 41” now and I added the supreme suspension 2” spacer to the rear. Rear is at 40 7/8”. I prob should have gotten the supreme suspension 2.5” spacer. I’m happy with it so just going to leave it for now.

How long did it take you to get your parts from RC? Had mine on order over a month with no end in sight.

Were they showing backorder? My parts from Rough Country came in 3 or 4 days, but I ordered when they were showing the parts in stock.

Hang in there. The supply chains are all screwed up right now. Once they get them back in stock, they'll ship fast I'm sure.
