I just bought a 2019 Ram 1500 2wd that is completely stock with the chrome 20” wheels and 275/55/20 tires. I measured and the front is 1/16” shy of 3” lower than the rear unless I’m measuring wrong, that seems like a lot! I like the look of it being a tiny bit higher in the front so I’m thinking that 3.5” lift in the front would be good. I know RC and ready lift make 3.5” kits but I don’t like the idea of nothing but spacers and I don’t need anything for the rear. I was looking at the RC loaded strut and trying to find a 1.5” top spacer and also either the RC or ready lift UCA’s. For wheels and tires I would like to run a 315/70/17 which is 34.3 tall and 12.4 wide but I don’t see anyone running 17” wheels. Is it not possible or is it just because it’s not the popular thing to do now. Looking for your thoughts on this set up.

I just did the Rough country 3.5” lift with Lifted struts and Icon 1.5” lifted rear coils. I can tell you, with nothing on the rear of your truck it will be squatting quite a bit. I am having to add a spacer to my rear driver side just to bring level due to the gas tank weight. 36EE1DDF-4DDB-4772-AE7F-EF1F4048943D.jpegFEF8BE26-2090-4B80-88EF-F08779CB8430.jpeg39B2FB6A-B5E6-4F61-A4F3-5F225581000A.jpeg

In the last picture it looks like it still has some rake to it. Does it or is it just the way the picture was taken? How would you compare the ride of the RC struts to stock?

It’s just the way the pic is. It’s actually 1.5” lower on the driver rear than the front. The ride is a bit stiffer but I also went to LT27565r20 Wildpeak AT3W’s. With softer tires the ride would be better than stock. You will need some new UCA’s. I do like the RC UCA’s EED7729A-CE6A-4F92-94D6-123B9B040706.jpeg

TCB77, 17" wheels definitely won't clear the brakes and if I'm not mistaken some 18's may not fit either.

Thanks man! That’s pretty crazy considering that guys can put them on Ram 2500’s. I guess wherever I decide to get my tires and wheels from they know their sh*t
