Rattle deep in Instrument Panel? 2019 Rebel

Anyone have any experience with a rattle coming from what seems to be deep in the instrument panel at speeds over 50mph?
I notice the rattle only when I hit a reflector or small bump in the road.
Have tried banging on the dash above it and applying pressure to different areas but i cant seem to nail it down.
Driving me nuts on my brand new truck!

I have the same rattle noise coming from the instrument (2019 RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4)... however, the noise starts only when the temperature starts warming up inside the cabin, its sounds like some kind hard cable and rubbing/tabbing against the metal frame slightly, I can hear when bumpy and vibration driving condition, it's really annoyance... I will continue look and hopefully tide down the rubbing/rattling noise.. I am really not in the mood for someone taking the instrument panel apart and make it worse... Will share solution when found...

Truck was actually lemon-lawed due to the noise. They couldn't fix it. Just received my new truck... no issues. Good luck!
