Rattle/Clicking Noise next to my head...

My rattle seems to be coming from the seat belt mechanism down in the “b” pillar, like a pendulum lock for the belt when the truck rocks side to side. I‘ve had the dealer replace the belt twice, which seems to fix it for a while, but it has come back a 3rd time. It’s almost as if a pendulum has a bumper but the bumper wears out. It starts gradually but gets to rattling all the time after a while. Only on the driver’s side.
You find a solution? Mine is on the passenger side, down in the mechanism it sounds like. On the snowy, unplowed roads it rattles so bad I might lose my mind. It's awful.

Mine is the passenger head rest ratchet mechanism for tilting it. I tilt it forward 1 click and it usually stops. Other times i just smack it

I have been experiencing the same issue. Have narrowed it down to the passenger headrest. If I tap the side of the seat I can replicate the noise every time. I believe there is something loose in the actual headrest where the posts connect. Not sure if I will take it to the dealer or try and open up the headrest myself.

Have a 2018 Ram Longhorn I just purchased and has this rattle right by your left ear and driving me nuts! Tried a few things but no luck! Anyone have the actual solution?
