I just saw a poll from ramcares asking us about the 3 horn chirp.
This poll idea from Ramcares has connotations that should be explored. Id like to see a similar post asking what software changes we would like to see in future updates. What do you all think ?

Ill get the ball rolling:
How about Low, medium and high selectivity for the heated steering wheel instead of on or off ?
How about giving us a choice of the default camera when in reverse gear ?

Make the 3 horn chirp optional and THEN we can discuss other ideas. Otherwise it’s pointless to even discuss because nothing will happen anyway.

You can enable low/medium/high steering wheel heat with alfaObd. Although since I upgraded to 40.1 on my radio it doesn't work anymore.

What? Really? I did not know this.

My wheel and seats actually work great though so I'm not messing with it bit that's good to know.

^^^^^^^^^^ This
Hmmm......maybe they should poll for overall satisfaction with what they do ?
Surely they have helped half the time and should want to improve their service.
If not, why even have a presence here?
Do other manufacturers even do this? Is there a Generalmotorscares ?

I had an F150 prior to my current Ram and I know for sure that they have a Fordcares on their forums and they are less than useless. They will respond on a thread asking for a DM for more info, you send it to them and then you hear nothing back.

That's exactly what Ramcares does...

On a clear day, I can see Seattle from my house.

Ramcares and Fordcares will take your information, then search the forums for comments you've made about things you've done to your vehicle that they can use to void your warranty.
Don't tell them anything.

"Ramcares" just not about the consumer.
