I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited and the only way I can open the Rambox (both sides) is with the key. The boxes do not open by pressing the button or the Fob's door unlock feature. It seems to be a situation of no power getting to the box actuators but I haven't found any blown fuses. Also, the unlock door settings is set to unlock "all doors". Am I missing something obvious or does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should look at next? TIA

This happened to one side of my truck a few months ago and I found out that a mouse had discovered and chewed through the wiring harness. While it's unlikely that this happened to cause both sides to stop working at the same time, it's not impossible. Unfortunately, damage to the wiring is not an inexpensive repair because you have to replace the entire wiring harness... hopefully not the issue in your case...

Shoot some lube in the actuators. Maybe they are stuck.
I'll check that but I'm not hearing any noises at all. I saw another post on here where someone else found corroded wires under their RamBox. I'll check those too.
