RAMBox issue

Having an issue with passenger side RAMBox.
Brand new 23’ RAM Limited with 26 miles on the odometer.

Lights won’t work … pushed yellow button, nothing

Box won’t open when pushing the black button at all. Can only open with key.
When pushing button I hear no noise as if it is getting power to unlatch the door.

Driver side lights and button that opens the box works fine.

Looking for opinions / ideas before I take it back to the dealership.

Could be that the wire harness for that side isn't plugged in correctly or there's an issue with the connector. Honestly I wouldn't mess with it on a brand-new truck. Let the dealership fix it and move on.

Here's a great thread on how to remove the Rambox. I'd go this route just to check the harness connection before I went to the dealer for that.

And use this link if you ever need to adjust them. You don't necessarily need the fancy tool, it's quite expensive. I just used a large adjustable wrench like somebody else on here suggested. You're just bending the steel striker loop thingy (not it's official name) around to move where the lid sits when closed.
