So I received a survey from ram on Friday the 19th of April. I filled it out and had a fairly good list of concerns that I mentioned in it. I really didn't expect a response but they called today. She said it will all be documented and she also sent me contact information and a QCI and said if I have any issues getting my issues resolved to give them a call.
