Ram step 2025

Does anybody know if the Ram step for a 2025 is the same as previous generations? I spent 3 hours trying to install on on my new 2025. I installed them on my 2019 and 2022 so I shouldn’t be a complete idiot, but I could t get it to work. So will someone confirm that either I’m normal Or like my wife thinks I need a Dr.????

Is yours Mopar brand? If so I can compare the part number with the one that came on my '25 if you tell me where to look for it.

I took my step off my 2019 and installed on my 25 rebel. It bolted right up, but doesn't sit flush when tucked

I think they removed the lower bumper extensions that hid the step better on the pre-'25 models. So, you will see the step more now than before. I also saw a post earlier where someone had similar issues and couldn't get his Amazon step for '19-'24 trucks to install. He ended up buying one specific for his '25 and it bolted right up. I don't know the details of the issues or if changes were made, but the install is a 30 minute job, so maybe they made changes.

The one I had was an Amazon order. I cannot get it to fit in any way. I’m ordering one from Mopar. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for the reply’s!
