Would someone be willing to share what all my driver and passenger seats can do in terms of adjustments? I have a 2020 Laramie with the L2 package, and they are both powered seats. It reclines and goes Fwd and back of course. But there is a round knob down on the side to inflate different areas of support. I can get the lower back area to inflate depressinging the button towards the front of the truck. And it deflates pushing the area of the button towards the back. But nothing happens when I push in the top or bottom areas of the button (the knob has indents for your finger like it's supposed to have a function). Is that supposed to inflate something on the butt area of the cushion? Not a hundred percent sure, but I thought those directional buttons inflated something on my '15 Sport.

It's at the dealer getting a couple of other things addressed. When I asked about the seats, the dealer said he was pretty sure they don't do anything and never did.

The top on bottom raise and lower the rear lumbar support. Inflate your lumbar support fully, then use the top and bottom to raise/lower it to your desired area.

Should all be covered in the owners manual in your glove box. Highly recommend reading through that to learn all the functions of your truck before jumping in a forum

So I just got back from the dealer and In fact there is a service Bulletin on this issue. Apparently Ram used a connector that has no seals to protect from water intrusion which causes corrosion on the wiring. This causes the driver side ram box to open. I attached the service bulletin which has the part number for new harness. The other picture showed which connector needs to be replaced. It is marked as number 5. New part will be here tomorrow which should take care of the issue.

Thanks for the help above.

Sorry about jumping in too soon
