Ram Rebel Rear Bumper Question

Hello all,
I want to replace my 2022 Laramie OEM body color rear lower bumper with the matte black one on the rebel. I have two questions, is this a factory powder coat? And does anyone know the part number? I tried looking it up but there seems to be a million parts, not sure if the bumper “cover” is what this is considered.

It is factory matte finish.
Bumper cover is the plastic piece on the top portion of the metal bumper.
P/N? don`t want to steer you in a wrong direction.
