Hi there,
I bought a brand new 2021 RAM Rebel v6 EcoDiesel. I left the dealership and got it up to highway speeds when the intercooler hose popped off. I was in limp mode on my way back to the dealership. Then the service nightmare began. I requested FCA Replace the truck with a new one that's not defective. They are refusing - i have case open with NCDS per the Mopar warranty website.
The MPG are nowhere near advertised 21 to 26 with 24 average. More like 18mpg. I think my there was other damage with the turbo, of course they'll never admit to it unless there is an error code. Thoughts or advice? Close to meeting lemon law criteria after owning for a 1.5 months.
