RAM rear window leak and dealer says not covered???

Two days ago my daughter told me the back seat of my 2020 RAM 1500 and the center seatbelt are wet and water is dripping from the top of rear sliding window. Sure enough same cracks that others are showing on these forums and you tube. So I take it into the dealer( by the way I bought the trunk new and purchased extended bumper to bumper warranty) and the dealer says it's not covered and will cost $1675.00. The service manager agreed this is a Factory defect. Any suggestions would be helpful....

Unless you are out of the factory bumper-bumper warranty, this should be covered.

Find a different dealer, this is a well known and documented issue.
