I tried without damaging to pop them out.. stopped before I wrecked something. Then I tried from inside the hood taking 1/2 the truck apart to get behind the grill. Stopped after I decided this was getting insane.

Who can tell me the best way to get them off?? I have the Black Mopar sitting on my work bench.. Appreciate the help!!

Got it... I thought heat gun, or drill. Just drilled 2 small holes in each letter. Then popped them out... why didn't I think of that before!?

I could use some help here as well. Trying to get the chrome ‘RAM’ emblem off the grill to replace with black. Can’t seem to see how to get the chrome letters off

I used a heat gun and warmed the letter it makes the posts behind the letters more pliable. Then used something with a sharp thin edge ( gasket scraper etc)
into the lower corner of the letter and flipped it forward.
It worked like a charmed the letter disengaged without a issue.

I used a razor to get the edge up a little and then plastic trim removal tools. Came apart easy no tabs broken. Take your time there are four tabs on each letter and two posts. I wouldn’t stress it if you break a post as they are more of a guide rod than anything. Far less time then a grill removal

I used a knife to pry open enough space to get a flat screw driver behind the original letters. If you look at the back of you new letters as a reference of where to pry they pop off pretty smooth with no damage to the grill. I had my letters swapped in 5 minutes.

Where did you purchase the new letters for the grill?

I have a 2019 1500 warlock, do you have any idea if it is the same size RAM emblem as the "Alll New" Ram 1500 emblem? I am pretty sure it is, but I figured I'd ask

Guys,
what is the best way to remove this whole assembly?
Is it held by screwes?
Do you have to remove the grill to get to this?

I’d be pretty sure it’s the same, worst case scenario buy it and return it if it doesn’t fit.
