Here you go. Mine are not that bad. I really like the ram boxes. This does not bother me. If it gets worse. The dealer said they would replace the boxes for me under warranty.

I know those who have the Ram Boxes really love them. I'm just way to OCD to have them or the Multi-Function tailgate....those lines would drive me nuts.
Here are pics I took last winter. They are a little worse now but I don't have any recent pictures.

Sure, I can take some pics and post them this weekend.
Yeah, that's part of the issue for me. Also notice that the bottom "corners" don't sit flush with the surface of the sheet metal, but are kind of sucked in. Mine do that as well.
