RAM 1500 Limited NE 2025 Proximity wake-up not working? HELP!

Please I need to know how Proximity wake-up works? On my new RAM 1500 Limited NE Year 2025, Proximity wake-up is selected/ON under settings - Lights. But when I approach vehicle, nothing happens. Battery, Key fob are are fine.
Any help on this?

Honestly I think it's a bit of a misnomer on Rams part. I've got a 25 Limited too and that proximity doesn't do anything other than allow the key and go to work. But it doesn't light up when you walk up if that's what your thinking.

That would be nice! Not sure it this would also be tied to the digital key on the phone. The other thing is the key card , but since I have the 12 inch screen my truck didn't get that option so I don't know if it would impact that too.

Everyone, got mine working on my 25 limited. I discounted the negative terminal on BOTH batteries for about a hour. Reconnected and nows it's working as it should. Hope this helps

So after leaving both negative leads (both batteries disconnected) and connecting them back, your Proximity wake-up works? What it does? How it works? can you let us know
