I've been negotiating with a couple of dealerships and this is the best offer I have received so far. Here are the options I spec'd.

leather trimmed bucket seats beige
e-locker
20x9.0 premium paint/polish wheels
power running boards
33 gallon fuel tank
rear wheel housing
Laramie level 2 equipment group
off road group
trailer tow group
3.92 rear axle
Ram build price is $59,395
dealer offered $53,604 less rebates at time of sale, plus TTL to build the truck. (10% off MSRP)
If the truck was available on their lot today,the price would be $52,081.49 using current incentives out the door.
Current sales tax is 6.25% and destination fee is $1,695.
As best as I can tell current incentives are $3,250
Tax would be around $3,350 or less depending on how the incentives are applied.
Dealership says the incentives should be close to the same when the truck comes in so the incentives and the tax are a wash.
Dealer hold back is $1,731 (3%)
I will probably take the deal if I can't get any more off the price.
