Rain sensing wipers not turning on!

I have the rain sensing wipers switched on in the UCONNECT, but when it rains they do not turn on.

What am I missing or what could be wrong?

you have to have the switch on the steering column turned as well to at least one cick

The more you rotate the knob, the more sensitive they are and more rapid they will wipe once activated

Also the manual claims that the 3rd click position is "normal." That's where I run mine and it works very well.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate your input. I'll try that setting. I have it on 2 right now. Fortunately I got to try it out today as there is a nor' easter rain storm in my area moving up the coast.

I wish the manual used that terminology, i.e. “Rotate until the third click.” It’s very poorly written.

Yeah, I agree. I was just checking out a pdf version. Haven't taken my real manual out of the plastic wrap yet.

I use position "2", seems to be enough. My OCD can't stand a wiper running on a partially dry windshield
