A week ago my radio randomly stopped(XM, no connection), switched to FM, same thing. I could choose different presets but no sound; volume also didn't respond to turning the dial.
Turned off the truck at my destination and when I got back in everything worked as it should.
This week while traveling and connected to my phone and using Carplay, same deal; I'd lose the radio but Carplay would still display the route map. One time the uConnect 12" screen completely rebooted itself but everything came back. Sometimes I will also lose comfort settings screen controls but the buttons still work on the side of the screen. Can I reboot this thing myself and hope for the best or is service needed?
