Radio locked Ram 2023

Good day! Guys i bought Ram 1500 sport 2023 with uconnect 12 inches all was perfect till i did reset factory after that radio get locked and none even i cant connect my phone i am living in UAE but the car is canadian region anyone had a same problem to guide me to solve it pls.

I'm guessing the dealer needs to unlock it. At least with my Jeep when the radio got locked, I had to bring it to the dealer to verify my VIN and they were able to unlock it with a code. If you try to use it, does it prompt for a code?

If you're not near a dealer, I would call the support line Ramcares(?) and see if they can help you.

Thanks for msg yes you are right luckily after checking many workshop found good one and problem solved
