Radio frequency hub

2022 ram backcountry wouldnt reconize key fobs. Used emergency key to open doors then alam went off. Dealer finally looked at it today said radio freqency hub got wet from a rear window leak. I havent seen any sign of a window leak. They replaced the part but wont release truck until the get a new window in
