Hi guys my truck is 1 week old and this am seems like my radio volune isn't working? Also on accident I hit the gear limit button pulled over and went back to D1 where should they be at please advise thanks

for the gear limit - tap (+) until you go past 8 - it will go blank (or 8+, i dont recall) which will put you back in full 'auto' mode.

for the radio, it depends on what you're listening to? if bluetooth, make sure your connected devices' volume is up also, otherwise the truck's knob won't do anything.

if all else fails, pull over safely, turn the truck off and on again

Actually, If you hold the limit up (+) button for a second or two, it will turn off the limit. So there is no need to keep tapping it to get it to go past 8.
even better - shows you how often I use it hah; just every now and then to hold say 4th/5th in a climb, then tap up to shift at rev points I like

Start with the easy stuff...put it on FM, and see if the volume works

Did you have your phone connected via USB with android auto by chance?

My truck had a bug where it locked out my volume control and sound was only coming out of the passenger side. I disconnected the phone and plugged it back in and everything went back to normal.

I have a S9 with android auto enabled. If it comes back again I'll bring it up to my service department. Darn computer bugs!

Note 8 user here; same problem on multiple occasions; mostly when a call hangs up on me rather than I hang up on a call; hard to replicate but it's happened multiple times

Hi GreatWhite and TruckDriver,
We're sorry that you both are experiencing this as well. Please feel free to send us a private message if you decide to have your dealers look into this for you so we can have this documented and provide you with some additional assistance.
