Question on VIN Equipment Listing

Hello!
This is my first post here, so I apologize if this is the wrong area to post it.

I just bought my first truck yesterday. Using this site: https://fcacommunity.force.com/RAM/s/equipment-listing I did a VIN lookup to see all the equipment and optional equipment added.

There were a few items listed that I am confused about. Can someone answer what these mean under the "Optional Equipment":

• Product Evaluation Vehicle
• Company Car Tracking
• Mandatory Company Car Equipment

This truck was previously owned by FCA corporate, for greater context.
