I'm not sure what you are asking. You don't need any of that to use adaptive cruise control. Are asking about adding it? If so, there is a whole how-to that explains everything you need to know in the modification section.

Yes, you need an SGW bypass installed when making changes with AlfaOBD. If you have a Tazer, that will suffice. Otherwise, you’ll need to buy one.

Yes, I’m trying to add it. I do have a taser and I have the alpha OBD and I followed the steps for removing the cruise control and adding the ACC stop and go and now I have two warning lights on my dash and says ACC adaptive cruise off any help in this matter would be much appreciated.

When I added the adaptive cruise to my truck (using AlfaOBD), it took a couple of ignition cycles for it to “take”.
If it’s been a few hours and you’ve restarted the truck several times - and it still doesn’t work, then there’s something wrong.
I don’t know anything about the Sport trim - are you sure you have all the hardware to support the adaptive cruise?

The warning lights are normal right after enabling ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control). It just takes the truck a couple of on-off cycles to figure out that the hardware is there. Assuming the hardware is there. I’m not really sure how to know if your truck has the appropriate sensors. I have a TRX, which was built with all the sensors regardless of options. So I just added the steering wheel switch and enabled it with AlfaOBD. Maybe someone else can chime in as to whether the Sport trim comes with the sensors.

I did add the steering wheel button as for the other module, I did not it seems to be more work than I was expected so I reverted back to cruise control. However, I have lost the cruise control.

My cruise control was working fine with the new steering wheel button when I did the alpha OBD cruise control value to No and did ACC value to ACC stop and go. I ended up getting warning lights on my dash and no cruise control or ACC was working. I reverted back to the original state however I have no cruise control. Any suggestions?

Without the ABS/HCU module, you are going to get the errors. As far as reverting back, hopefully you made a backup. I know others had issues trying to revert back without a backup.

Yes, unfortunately I’m one of those others that did not do a back up as I had no clue that we had to “my bad” So my guess would be a dealer appointment… With any luck, maybe somebody in this group may have a cruise back up that I can piggyback on

Try asking or searching in the how to add ACC post. That's going to be your best help for this.

Don’t try to restore your configuration from someone else’s backup. Every truck has different settings, and that could introduce a LOT more problems.
If you remember the settings you changed, then just change them back and give it a few ignition cycles to catch up.

It did not revert back. I am totally stuck. I’ve done so much research on trying to revert back. I’m at a standstill. I have a taser and not sure if that would be causing an issue. I have not removed it. The truck is back to normal. Everything works I just don’t have cruise.

I see you still haven't posted this in the thread for adding ACC where you would get more eyes on it. @Jimmy07 anything you can help with?

Try running the abs initialization procedures. All info on that is in the following thread:
