Question 8.4 uconnect nav 4c from a Jeep in a New ram?

Has anyone tried to take a 8.4 uconnect 8.4 nav and put it into a 5th gen ram? looks like the same system and with the bypass, you can add what you need for your truck.
 
I think the screen is the same, but that's it...
 
Exactly which radio from what Jeep model and year are we talking about? UAV, UAQ, etc?
