2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn with Ram Box (Real Fast Fotography photo)

Thanks to our friends at Real Fast Fotography, we have learned that the 2019 Ram box trucks are now in production. These photos were taken on Saturday April 28th and not only do we see the Laramie Longhorn with Ram box but there are a few other configurations that have been added into the production mix as well.

2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab with Chrome package (Real Fast Fotography photo)

Quad cabs are now being built and this is our first look at a Laramie quad cab with the chrome package. The chrome package includes chrome tow hooks, the chrome wheel to wheel side steps and the chrome trim around the window opening. While the chrome window opening trim is standard on Longhorn and Limited, the only way to get it on any of the other configurations is the Laramie with chrome package.

2019 Ram 1500 Limited with 4x4 Off Road package (Real Fast Fotography photo)

The 4x4 off road package is also now in production as seen on this black Limited. 4x4 off road package includes an Electronic locking rear differential, front and rear extra heavy-duty shock absorbers, raised ride height, front suspension skid plate. fuel tank skid plate, steering gear skid plate, transfer case skid plate, full-size spare tire, hill descent control, Falken Wildpeak all terrain tires, 4x4 off road decals and tow hooks. This package is available on every trim level but the Rebel.

2019 Ram Rebel (Real Fast Fotography photo)

This silver Rebel crew cab was also seen which means that Rebels have now entered production.

This photo shows various trims side by side. From left to right is a Big Horn Black, Big Horn Sport in Flame Red, Laramie crew cab, and the Billet Silver Rebel. It also appears as that every color is being produced now as lots of Maximum Steel, Flame Red, White, Patriot Blue, Blue Streak and Granite Crystal trucks have been seen in addition to the Diamond Black, Billet Silver and Delmonico Red launch colors.

What we are still waiting on is the 5.7 Hemi with eTorque and the V6 Pentastar with eTorque to begin production, our source at SHAP has said they haven't ran any of those drivetrains for consumer purchase yet. The EcoDiesel is of course coming back but isn't due until next year.

Nice if only that Rebel had Ramboxes.

I do like that Billet Silver. Will look at Max Steel this week to see what it looks like in person.

Great news! Now if only ram updated the order sheets so dealers can actually order them!

you are so right about looking at a color in person rather than a video or picture. i ordered my limited in ivory tri-coat but first had to stop at a dealer that had a jeep grand cherokee summit with that color. there were no rams with that color anywhere. once i saw it i was sold. billet silver was my second choice.

I want the Ivory Color as well. Is it white or more of a "Pearl" color? Hard to tell from the Ram website. Maybe I can find a Jeep Cherokee like you did to compare. Thanks

Wish the off road package also had the duratracs. The more I look at the rebel the less I like it. The mesh on the seats doesn’t look like it will hold up well over time not to mention the red. I originally liked that grill the best but the more I look at it I do think it kind of looks plasticky compared to the other ones. Idk. My opinion varies day to day. Really would love to have the ram boxes but I really need a truck soon so I’m torn.

The seats in the rebel look similar to the set up on my 2014 sport which has the fabric/vinyl seats. They are actually vinyl on the sides but it looks like leather and the centers are fabric/mesh. They are very durable and mine still look brand new after 50,000 miles. I've had all fabric and all leather seats in the past on trucks and the sides of the seats usually wear where you slide off the side of the seat but these have not done that.
