New to the site. We love our recently leased 2022 1500. But we've been experiencing this puzzling problem that the dealer can't seem to fix.
I'll get right to it. After I set all our Sirius & FM radio favorites for reason at all, the favorites are suddenly gone. I must have reset them 20 or more times. I've told the dealer about it several times and they don't have a solution. When I asked if there was an update I was initially told there wasn't but at the last service, voila, there was! However, it didn't work. Since then I've reset them 4 more times.
Anyone have any ideas? I'd appreciate it because it's driving me crazy.
